Welcome to our Room 1 blog! We are a class of Year 0- 2 students at Awahono School - Grey Valley, in Ahaura, near Greymouth on the West Coast of the South Island of New Zealand. Our teachers are Mrs Hahn and Mrs Meikle.
We wrote our spelling words out on the concrete in chalk. Then we bounced a ball and called out the letters to spell them. Some of us can now spell the words without looking!
